Sterling and former partner Doug Goodwin founded Maroon and White Realty in August 2009. Originally with the Crye-Leike franchise, Maroon and White Realty began it’s focus on Residential Property Management. “Our goal is, and has always been, to provide the ultimate tenant/landlord experience for both our renters and our property owners.” Many companies provide the phrase “we are committed to customer service”, we try very hard to do that very thing on a daily basis.
Sterling has been married to his wonderful wife Amanda since October 2007 and they have 2 children Sutton Age 8 and Hayes Age 4.
Britt Reynolds
Britt joined the staff as the Assistant Property Manager at Maroon & White Realty in January 2019 and is a licensed Realtor. Britt has lived in and around the Golden Triangle all his life.
After graduating high school in 2012, Britt went on to get his Associate’s Degree from East Mississippi Community College. From there, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Mississippi State University in 2017. Britt got his start in property management while in college and has been in the industry for nearly a decade.
Britt also met his wife Brooke at Mississippi State and together have a daughter, Emory. Britt and his family are proud to call Starkville home.
Taylor Copeland
As a Mississippi native, Taylor is proud to call Starkville her home. After being in the banking industry for almost a decade, she has built countless relationships and connections with people throughout the community as well as local business owners.
Taylor received her MS real estate license in 2021 and loves helping clients find the perfect investment or their forever home.
When Taylor isn’t working, she is spending time with her husband Tyler and their two children. They love to entertain their friends at home, watch football, host games nights as well as get out on the town and support Starkville’s local businesses.
Macey Steed
Macey joined our staff in October 2023 and has fit in just perfectly! Originally from Kosciusko, MS, Macey is currently a Senior at Mississippi State majoring in Marketing. Macey is currently working on her receiving her Mississippi real estate license and will be able to help you buy, sell or rent soon! She also owns her on small business, offering specialty services called Cottage Wraps!
Macey is recently engaged to her fiancé, Lucas, and will be married Summer 2024!
